“Our business model, combining consultants and contractors as one is completely unique. My personal career path, as outlined here, tells the story of the diverse experiences that I have obtained that enables Panoramic to do what it does. Our first project, using the “Panoramic Process“ was completed in 1997. At the time, we didn't realize the Panoramic business model was born. From there, it evolved and came to be, essentially, on it’s own through market and client demand. Our processes has been refined over the years and our team of professionals is in place, ready to serve.

Starting out as a delivery driver, I worked for 4 different A/C companies. Gained experience in new construction, retrofits, service, field crew supervision.

Started Larry Pearson A/C & Heating and obtained my Class B Contractor’s License. Worked the residential market with 3-5 employees retrofit, service, maintenance, and new construction.

Started Duct Cleaning and joined National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA). Added several indoor air quality related services.

Began Air Testing and Sampling as method of work justification. Gained experience in sampling, testing and reading Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) reports.

Hired to consult on buildings experiencing indoor air quality IAQ Testing problems.
 
 
Received National Air Duct Cleaners certification for Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) and Ventilation Systems Mold Remediator (VSMR).

Passed Florida State Class A contractor’s exam and immediately began work in commercial market with 25-30 employees. Retrofit, service, maintenance, and new construction.

Oct. 1998 - 48 hour response with on site crew to Key West, FL for Hurricane George disaster recovery. Mold remediation and duct cleaning managed and provided.

Developed mechanical analysis protocol for determining needed improvements through source identification, whether it’s the building envelope, use of space, building pressurization, or mechanical in nature.

Mechanical analysis team(s), at a minimum included; Class A Mechanical contractor (LPAC), Certified Mechanical Project Management Engineer and a Test and Balance contractor. Began large project hurricane disaster restoration. Hurricanes Charley (Aug. 2000) and Ivan (Sept. 2004). Experience included a turn key response. Instant mobilization for drying out and temporary sealing of building. Written assessments for owners, insurance companies, public adjusters, and condominium associations. Remediation protocol was written, project planning and engineering controls were provided.

Buildings renovated included condos and hospitals. Hospital work included full containment for contaminated building materials mold remediation. Hospital remained open. Immune deficient / chemotherapy treatment patients were only 20-30’ away from containment.

Project professionals working under LPAC’s management were Certified Industrial Hygienist, Mechanical Engineer, Test and Balance contractor, and a General Contractor.
